<br />83. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999 - 126R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br />RESCINDING THE SALE OF ALL OF LOT 3A, <br />BLOCK 11, D,S, COMBS ADDITION TO <br />ARTURO MACHADO; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On March 22, 1999 the City Council approved the sale of a portion of Lot 3A, Block <br />11, D.S. Combs Addition, located at 509 Valley Street to Arturo Machado. <br /> <br />2. Mr. Machado has not completed the required action to convey the property. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The approval of the sale of the parcel of real property described above <br />to Arturo Machado is rescinded. <br /> <br />PART 2. <br />passage. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 28th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />1999. <br /> <br />{)~\~ <br /> <br />Billy G.
