<br />84. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999- 127 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY <br />OFFICIALS TO SIGN CERTAIN BANK SERVICES <br />DOCUMENTS AND TO ACCESS SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS. <br /> <br />1. The City uses the banking services of Norwest Bank. <br /> <br />2. The City Council has previously authorized certain persons to sign City <br />checks, warrants, deposits, transfers and withdrawal documents involving the City's <br />accounts at this bank. <br /> <br />3. Due to personnel changes within the City, the need exists for changes in the <br />persons authorized to sign these documents and to access City safe deposit boxes on <br />behalf of the City. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The following City officials are hereby authorized to sign checks, warrants, <br />deposits, transfers and withdrawal documents involving the City's accounts and to access <br />City safe deposit boxes at Norwest Bank on behalf of the City: <br /> <br />1. Larry D. Gilley, City Manag'er <br /> <br />2. Laura J. Huffman, Deputy City Manager <br /> <br />3. William White, Finance Director <br /> <br />4. Melanie Miller, Assistant Director of Finance <br /> <br />5. Rodney Gonzales, Budget Officer <br /> <br />PART 2. All resolutions previously adopted by the City Council pertaining to the <br />City's accounts atthis bank are continued in full force and effect, except as modified in Part <br />1 above. <br /> <br />PART 3.
