<br />Chapter 3 <br /> <br />Sector Four Tomorrow <br /> <br />institutional land uses include the City Hall complex, Police Headquarters, SMCISD <br />Administration, Southside Community Center and several churches. <br /> <br />High Density Residential <br />Approximately 1 % of the acreage in Sector Four is designated high density residential. <br />High density residential land uses are typically characterized by apartments and <br />condominiums representing a density range greater than twelve dwelling units per acre. <br />The only area designated for high density residential in Sector Four is the 30-unit <br />Chapultepec complex on LBJ Drive. <br /> <br />Medium Density Residential <br />There are no acres in Sector Four designated medium density residential. Medium <br />density residential land uses have a density range of six to twelve dwelling units per acre <br />and may include a variety of residential types such as duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, <br />townhomes, and zero lot-line homes. A variety of housing types may be allowed, as long <br />as the overall density within a specific development or area is between six and twelve <br />dwelling units per acre. <br /> <br />3-3 <br />
