Moore by deed dated September 5, 1953, and of record in Vol. 157, page <br />216, of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and the most Western corner of <br />the 12-acre tract of land above mentioned, which said 12-acre tract of land, more <br />or less, was also conveyed by and described in Deed of Trust from Claude T. Evans <br />and Ruth Evans to M. L.
