Failure to meet the milestone date could result in the <br />State removing funding from the Project. Parties to this agreement shall agree on definition of 60% completion <br />upon submission of the Project development schedule as provided by the LG or the LG's representative for <br />design activities. The State will fund a maximum amount of $6,000,000 for total project costs, less Indirect <br />State Costs.
