<br />A", "Tract 1 Exhibit "B", "Tract 2 of 2", "Tract 2 Exhibit A'\ and "Tract 2 Exhibit B", <br /> <br /> <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof; and defined for all purposes as permanent <br /> <br />easements and temporary easements. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned (hereinafter called "GRANTOR"), is the fee simple <br /> <br />owners of the PROPERTY and has agreed to grant such easements to GBRA for the <br /> <br />consideration and upon the terms and provisions hereinafter set forth. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That for and <br /> <br />in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NOIlOO DOLLARS ($10.00) cash in hand and <br /> <br />other good and valuable consideration paid by GBRA to the GRANTOR, the receipt of <br /> <br />which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, does hereby grant unto GBRA, and unto <br /> <br />its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for the purpose of constructing, <br /> <br />maintaining, operating, repairing, rebuilding, relocating, replacing and removing said <br /> <br />pipelines for the transportation of water from the Guadalupe River and its tributaries, <br /> <br />and from the City of San Marcos water treatment plant on, under, over and across the <br /> <br />PROPERTY of the GRANTORS described in the attachments hereto. The rights-of-way <br /> <br /> <br />and permanent and temporary easements are conveyed in two tracts, Tract 1 and Tract <br /> <br />2. The permanent easement portion of Tract 1 is described on the attachment hereto <br /> <br />marked "Tract 1 Exhibit A." The temporary easement portion of Tract 1 is described on <br /> <br />the attachment hereto marked "Tract 1 Exhibit B." The permanent easement portion of <br /> <br />Tract 2 is described on the attachment hereto marked "Tract 2 Exhibit A."
