GRANTOR may construct roads across and perpendicular to the <br /> <br />PROPERTY so long as they do not interfere with exercise of the rights <br /> <br />granted to GBRA, its successors and assigns herein. <br /> <br /> <br />6. During the period of construction of the said pipelines, GBRA may <br /> <br /> <br />construct such temporary fences as are required by its contractor or <br /> <br /> <br />engineers and if such fences are constructed, GBRA will allow access, and <br /> <br /> <br />ingress and egress across the PROPERTY to GRANTOR. <br /> <br /> <br />7. Mter construction of the said lines, GBRA will restore the surface as nearly <br /> <br /> <br />as practicable to its original condition, so as not to affect normal drainage. <br /> <br />This Correction Pipeline Easement is made and accepted in place of that certain <br /> <br />Pipeline Easement dated November 24, 1998, and recorded at Vol. 204, Pages 356-367 in <br /> <br />the office of the County Clerk, Caldwell County, Texas, wherein by error or mistake the <br /> <br />parties omitted the description of one of the two tracts intended to be described in and <br /> <br />conveyed by said Pipeline Easement, and omitted the references to the pipeline for the <br /> <br />transportation of water from the City of San Marcos Water Treatment Plant.
