The Academy and the Church, on behalf of themselves, their successors and assigns, <br />consent to the City's annexation of the Academy's and the Church's respective properties at such <br />time as they are either adjacent to the City limits, or together with other properties comprising a <br />single annexation by the City, are adjacent to the City limits. <br /> <br />5. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and may be amended <br />only by a written document signed by the parties. This Agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, <br />administrators, successors and assigns of the parties. The assignment of all or part of this Agreement <br />by a party is not valid without the written consent of the other party. <br /> <br />6. Each of the parties executing this Agreement represent that he or she has full power and <br />authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents. <br /> <br />7.
