(Auditor) to amend the annual audit services contract <br />as provided in Section 11.3 of the original contract which was effective March 28, 1995. <br /> <br />Both parties agree that the total basic fee for Auditor's services for the fiscal year ending <br />September 1999 shall increase to a not-to-exceed amount of $40,850.00. <br /> <br />Auditor agrees that it will comply with audit procedures in compliance with OMB Circular <br />A-128 or A-133, whichever is applicable as of September 30, 1999. <br /> <br />All remaining terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and <br />effect for the duration of this agreement. <br /> <br />Please indicate your acceptance of this agreement by counter-signing below. <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br /> <br />Padgett, Stratemann & Co., L.L.P. <br /> <br />By: ~~-~ <br />Lar D..
