There being no other comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 7:34 p.m. NON CONSENT AGENDA 21. Consider approval of Ordinance 2012 -23, on the first of two readings, amending the Traffic Register maintained under Section 82.067 of the San Marcos City Code to install the "No Parking, Monday — Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m." parking restrictions on 1100 to 1200 block of Chestnut Street; and including procedural provisions. MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Thomaides and a second by Council Member Scott, the City Council voted seven (7) for and zero (0) opposed, to approve Ordinance 2012 -23, as previously captioned, The motion carried unanimously.
