Consider approval of Ordinance 2012 -23, on the first of two readings, amending the <br />Traffic Register maintained under Section 82.067 of the San Marcos City Code to install <br />the "No Parking, Monday — Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m." parking restrictions on 1100 to <br />1200 block of Chestnut Street; and including procedural provisions. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Thomaides and a second by Council <br />Member Scott, the City Council voted seven (7) for and zero (0) opposed, to approve Ordinance <br />2012 -23, as previously captioned, The motion carried unanimously. <br />
