Appro- val of this request would allow the appli- cant to start negotiations with the City of San Marcos for annexation for property lo- cated outside the city limits but within the Extra Territorial Juriadicdon. An amendment to the City's Land Devalop- ment Code to establish an Overlay District, In Section 4.2.4.2 on Hopkins Street from Moore Street to Bishop Street, providing for additional uses, signage standards and provisions for existing uses, and Amendments to ,' the ; ,$an Maros& SmartCode, Articles 1, 3 and 5 to clarify process and language.
