<br />206 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999- <br /> <br />158 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, REJECTING ALL BIDS SUBMITTED FOR THE RE-ROOFING OF <br />THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING <br />PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On June 15, 1999 the City opened four bids for the Re-roofing of the Police <br />Department and the Public Works Building Project (the "Project"). <br /> <br />2. All bids received exceeded the budgeted amount. <br /> <br />3. City staff recommends rejection of all bids. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. All bids received in response to an invitation for bids for the Re-roofing of <br />the Police Department and the Public Works Building Project are rejected. <br /> <br />PART 2.
