<br /> <br />213 <br /> <br />August 23, 1999 <br /> <br />Maintenance Management of San Marcos <br />216 North Street <br />San Marcos, Texas 78666 <br /> <br />Attn: Mr. Gene Bagwell <br /> <br />Re: Cemetery Maintenance Services <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Bagwell: <br /> <br />Please consider this letter an agreement between the City of San Marcos ("City") and <br />Maintenance Management ("Contractor") to extend the current cemetery maintenance <br />contract for an additional period of one year, as provided in the original contract which was <br />effective October 1, 1996.
