ESNAURRIZAR SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO.6, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, <br /> <br />AND BEING A PORTION OF THAT 111.43 ACRE TRACT DESCRIBED IN A DEED <br /> <br />FROM AGNES HENK TO HAYS ENERGY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP DATED JUNE 21, <br /> <br />1999 AND RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 9914621 OF THE HAYS COUNTY <br /> <br />OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY <br /> <br />METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a W' iron rod set for the northwest corner of Lot 1, <br />Henk Addition, being in the common north line of the Hays Energy <br />Limited Partnership 111.43 acre tract and being in the south line <br />of several tracts described in a deed from Betty Jo Jackson Crocker <br />to B. Naylor Morton dated August 15, 1989 and recorded in Volume <br />797, Page 321 of the Hays County Real Property Records, from which <br />a fence post found for the southwest corner of the Morton tract, as <br />fenced and used upon the ground, and being in the east line of Hays <br />County Road No. 265 (Francis Harris Road), as fenced and used upon <br />the ground, bears N 880 42' 34" W 7.43 feet; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING, as shown on that plat <br />numbered 24654-99-2-c dated April 14, 1999 as prepared for Hays <br />Energy Limited Partnership by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San <br />Marcos, with the common north line of Lot 1, Henk Addition and the <br />Hays Energy tract and the south 1 ine of the Morton tract, as fenced <br />and used upon the ground, S 880 42' 34" E 1903.64 feet to a ~" <br />iron rod found at a fence corner post for the northeast corner of <br />Lot 1, Henk Addition and the Hays Energy tract and being an <br />interior corner of the Morton tracts; <br /> <br />THENCE with the common east line of Lot 1 and the Hays Energy <br />tract, the west line of the Morton tracts, the following two <br />courses, as fenced and used upon the ground: <br /> <br />1. S 090 40' 28" E 57.12 feet to a 6" cedar post for an angle <br />point, and <br /> <br />2. S 000 00' 34" W 1380.52 feet to a W' iron rod found at a <br />fence corner for the southwest corner of the Morton tract and <br />being the northwest corner of that 43.58 acre Tract One <br />described in the deed from the Estate of Hanno F. Guenther, <br />Sr. to Sharon Guenther and Hanno F. Guenther, Jr. dated <br />December 20, 1993 and recorded in Volume 1040, Page 211 of the <br />Hays County Official Public Records; <br /> <br />THENCE with the common east line of Lot 1 and the Hays Energy <br />Limited Partnership tract and the west line of the Guenther tract, <br />S 000 351 38" E 1357.21 feet to a W' iron rod found for the <br />southeast corner of the Lot 1 and the Hays Energy Limited <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />of Exhibit C <br />
