<br />EXHIBIT A PAGE 3 OF 3 <br />WATER RATE - SCHEDULE LL-1 <br />(Life Line Customers) <br /> <br />Applicable: <br /> <br />To any urban/rural customer who qualifies for [mancial assistance under the rules, regulations or guidelines <br />promulgated by Community Action, Inc. of Hays, Caldwell and Blanco Counties. <br /> <br />Rate: <br /> <br />LL W -I: 5/8 - 3/4 inch water meter <br />First 8,000 gallons - $13.64 minimum bill (Urban) <br />First 8,000 gallons - $17.04 minimum bill (Rural) <br />All increments over 8,000 gallons to be billed at normal urban/rural customer rate. <br /> <br />Single Point of Deliverv: <br />The above rates are based upon the supply of water to the entire premises through a single delivery and metering <br />point. A separate supply of water for the same consumer at other points of consumption shall be separately metered <br />and billed. <br />
