<br />77. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999- 194 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; <br />TEXAS APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL <br />SERVICE COMPANY FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE MUNICIPAL <br />AIRPORT FUEL FARM RELOCATION PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The City of San Marcos engaged the services of National Environmental <br />Service Company ("Contractor") for the completion of the Municipal Airport Fuel Farm <br />Relocation Project. <br /> <br />2. These services were provided pursuant to a contract between the City and <br />the Contractor, executed on May 11, 1998. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The project known as the Municipal Airport Fuel Farm Relocation <br />Project has been completed pursuant to that contract of May 11, 1998 between the City <br />and the Contractor and is accepted by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 2. Final payment in the amount of $49,305.00 to the Contractor for these <br />services is authorized. <br /> <br />PART 3. <br />passage. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 11th day of October <br /> <br />1999. <br /> <br />f:)~~l ~ <br /> <br />Billy G.
