Hagedorn EASEMENTS ARE DESCRIBED IN THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS: An easement from Jack Perkins and Daisy Belle Perkins to the Lower Colorado River Authority recorded in Volume 167, Page 629 of the Deed Records for Hays County, Texas; as assigned to the City of San Marcos by instrument dated October 30, 1986, recorded in Volume 634, Page 818, Real Property Records of Hays County, Texas, as corrected in Volume 1324, Pages 857-858, Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas. PROPERTY (INCLUDING ANY IMPROVEMENTS) SUBJECT TO EASEMENT: Lot No. 11, Block 2 of the Oak Heights Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 164, Page 586 of the Deed Records for Hays County, Texas. In consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, Grantor releases the Property Subject to Easement from the portion of the Easement described on the attached Exhibit A Grantor reserves to itself, its successors and assigns, and does not release in any way, the remainder of the Easement within the Property subject to Easement.
