<br />187. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999 - 233 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br />APPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND BUCK SCHEIB <br />FOR THE USE OF A PORTION OF PEACH <br />TREE STREET FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />PROVIDING DRIVEWAY ACCESS; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THE LICENSE AGREEMENT; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. Buck Scheib is the owner of Lots 60, 61 and 62, Park Addition and the property is <br />located on Peach Tree Street just off of Loquat Street. <br /> <br />2. Buck Scheib has requested the City's permission to use a portion of the <br />undeveloped right-of-way of Peach Tree Street, for the purpose of providing driveway <br />access to his property. <br /> <br />3. The City is willing to grant this permission in the form of the attached License <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. <br />is approved. <br /> <br />The attached License Agreement between the City and Buck Scheib <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br />License Agreement. <br /> <br />PART 3. <br />its passage. <br /> <br />That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 22nd <br /> <br />day of November <br /> <br />1999, <br /> <br />~~.~ <br /> <br />Billy G.
