<br />executed and legally sufficient Special Warranty Deed above referenced and described to be <br />given and granted to the City by Cal-Tex, and to pay for and obtain an Owner's Title Policy for <br />the 20.95 acres. <br /> <br />Section 4. No Obligation to Construct. Neither this Ordinance, the platting of Lot A, or <br />the dedication of the ROW, nor the execution of the Special Warranty Deed shall obligate the <br />City in any manner to fund the construction of, or to construct or extend, any public street. <br /> <br />Section 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its <br />passage on the date shown below. <br /> <br />Section 6. Open Meetings. It is hereby officially found and determined that this meeting <br />was open to the public, and public notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting was <br />given, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code. <br /> <br />Section 7. Emergencv. The City Council hereby finds the adoption of this Ordinance as an <br />emergency is necessary to protect the public interest and business, and that an emergency <br />condition exists which warrants a suspension of the general requirement that ordinances be read <br />at three meetings of the City Council.
