17. Dedication of Public Right-Of-Way State of Texas ~ ~ ~ County of Hays The City of San Marcos, Texas, the owner of the hereinafter described tract and parcel of land located within the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, hereby dedicates to the use of the public as public right-of-way for streets, drives, drainage, utility service, and public places, subject to the continuing and future control and regulation of the use of such public right- of-way by the City of San Marcos, the following lot, tract and parcel of land: A 0.160 acre tract of land situated in the J. M. Veramendi League No. One, in the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, and being further shown and set forth on the plat attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes as Exhibit "B". Executed this the 7th day of December 1999, pursuant to and in compliance with an Ordinance adopted by the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, on December ~, 1999, and filed of record by the City Secretary in the Official Records of the City San Marcos.
