<br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />That for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration
<br />including the platting and dedication of a seventy foot (70') public street right-of-way from IH-
<br />35 to the easternmost boundary line of Runway Number One, Municipal Airport Subdivision,
<br />the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Brian F. McCoy and wife,
<br />Wetonnah L. McCoy, do hereby:
<br />
<br />(1) Release any and all rights, title and interest whatsoever that Brian F. McCoy and wife,
<br />Wetonnah L. McCoy, have in, to, or with respect to, the following easements:
<br />
<br />(a) A twenty foot (20') right of way easement described in deed of record in
<br />Volume 261, Pages 630-635 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, said
<br />easement also being the easement conveyed by, and described in Exhibit "B" to,
<br />a Special Warranty Deed recorded at Volume 1400, Page 252, Hays County Deed
<br />Records;
<br />
<br />(b) A thirty foot (30') and a fifty foot (50') easement described in deed of record
<br />at Volume 261, Pages 630-635 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, said
<br />easement also being the easement conveyed by, and described in Exhibit "D" to,
<br />a Special Warranty Deed recorded at Volume 1400, Page 252, Hays County Deed
<br />Records;
<br />
<br />(c) A thirty foot (30') ingress and egress easement described in four parts as Tracts A,
<br />B, D and E, in an instrument filed of record at Volume 907, Page 673, of the Official
<br />Records of Hays County, Texas, said easement also being the easement conveyed by, and
<br />described in Exhibit "C" to, a Special Warranty Deed recorded at Volume 1400, Page
<br />252, Hays County Deed Records; and
<br />
<br />(d) A fifty foot (50') easement described in a deed of record at Volume 845, Page 800,
<br />of the Real Property Records of Hays County, Texas, said easement also being conveyed
<br />by, and described in Exhibit "C" to, a Special Warranty Deed recorded at Volume 1400,
<br />Page 252, Hays County Deed Records; and
<br />
<br />(2) Waive any and all right, title and interest whatsoever in and to, or under, each and all of
<br />the above referenced and described easements.
