C. Carson, <br />Individually and as Trustee, does hereby: <br /> <br />(1) Release any and all rights, title and interest whatsoever that W. C. Carson, Individually or <br />as Trustee, has or may have in, to, or with respect to, the following easements: <br /> <br />(a) A twenty foot (20') wide roadway easement as shown on the subdivision plat <br />the Municipal Airport Subdivision in the City of San Marcos, Hays County, <br />Texas, and as set out in a Deed of Dedication recorded in Volume 163, Pages <br />160-164, of the Hays County Deed Records; and <br /> <br />(b) The thirty foot (30') ingress and egress easement, over a portion of and along <br />the Northeast line of, the plat of a 4.83 acre tract and Lot A of the Municipal <br />Airport Subdivision in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, and as recorded in <br />Volume 273, Page 605, of the Hays County Deed Records. <br /> <br />(2) Waive any and all right, title and interest whatsoever in and to, or under, the following <br />described easements: (a) the above referenced 20' easement recorded at Vol. 163, Pages 160- <br />164, Hays County Deed Records; (b) the above referenced 30' easement recorded at Vol. 273, <br />Page 605, Hays County Deed Records; (c) the twenty foot (20') easement described in deed of <br />record at Volume 261, Pages 630-635 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas; (d) the <br />thirty foot (30') easement described in four parts as Tracts A, B, D and E, in an instrument filed <br />of record at Volume 907, Page 673, of the Official Records of Hays County, Texas; (e) the <br />thirty foot (30') and the fifty foot (50') easement described in deed of record at Volume 261, <br />Pages 630-635; and (t) the fifty foot (50') easement described in a deed of record at Volume <br />845, Page 800, of the Real Property Records of Hays County, Texas. <br /> <br />(3) Consent to the City of San Marcos, Texas, closing, vacating and abandoning any and all <br />rights that the City of San Marcos, or the general public, may have in and to the easements <br />described in the foregoing paragraph (2). <br /> <br /><7;:1:1 <br />Executed this ~ day of December, 1999. <br /> <br />'~ <br />,lit /~ <br />W.
