<br />design and production schedule and parameters for all subsequent work, to verify the <br />components within which all Project participants must perform, and to identify all parties <br />and significant deadlines involved in the comprehensive schedule strategy. Based on this <br />information, the Consultant will prepare a detailed schedule of its work for the Project <br />addressing each component of the work to be done, indicating the points of involvement <br />of all project participants. The Consultant will conduct weekly progress meetings between <br />the Project team and the Contractor once the construction contract is executed. <br /> <br />1 .2.11 Assist the City in connection with the City's responsibility for filing documents <br />required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. <br /> <br />1.3 TASK 2 - DESIGN <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.3.1 Meet with the City's Project Manager periodically or as needed to update the City <br />on the progress of work. <br /> <br />1.3.2 Head the Project team and coordinate the integration of design, surveying, right of <br />way issues, traffic control, utility engineering, ADA compliance, permitting, and other <br />services as previously approved. <br /> <br />1.3.3 Prepare design documents for the following areas: <br /> <br />(a) Project Area #1: Design to construct 2100 L.F. of sidewalk on Uhland Road <br />from Siesta Mobile Home Park through Mill Street, crossing a car parking lot and stopping <br />before the Railroad tracks, then continuing from after the Railroad tracks to Post Road, <br />then crossing Post Road and connecting to the existing sidewalk. <br /> <br />(b) Project Area #2: Design to construct 1150 L.F. of sidewalk on Girard Avenue <br />from the intersection of Hazelton Street & Girard Avenue to Franklin Drive passing through <br />Clyde Street. <br /> <br />(c) Proiect Area #3: Design to construct 900 L.F. of sidewalks on Lockwood <br />Drive and 800 L.F. of sidewalk on Candlelight Drive between Del Sol Drive and Broadway <br />Drive. Design to construct 900 L.F. of sidewalk on Parker Drive from the intersection of <br />Parker Drive and Broadway Drive to the end of the senior citizen's housing. <br /> <br />(d) Proiect Area #4: Design to construct 4100 L.F. of sidewalk on Barbara Drive <br />from the intersection of Barbara Drive and River Road to Bugg Lane. <br /> <br />1.3.4 Design handicapped ramps on all intersections and construct transitions on all <br />driveways. <br /> <br />1.3.5 Provide a final plan on one 24" by 36" print reflecting the data outlined above in 1 :20 <br /> <br />3 <br />
