<br />23. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1998- 32 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A PFE AUTOMAILER <br />TOWER PLUS FOR UTILITY BILLING THROUGH THE STATE GENERAL <br />SERVICES COMMISSION'S CATALOGUE PURCHASING PROCEDURE <br />FROM MARK OF DISTINCTION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of a PFE automailer tower plus through the General <br />Services Commission's Catalogue Purchase Procedure from Mark of Distinction in the <br />amount of $19,910.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley is authorized to execute the <br />appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
