The CiIy agrees ~o waive all Chy fees (the "Fee Waiver") associated whh zoning, the <br /> subdivision process, and building permits and inspections associaled with lbe <br /> reconslruclion, renovalion and remodeling oflhe Building. The Fee Waiver does not <br /> exlend IO waler and waslewaler impact fees cbarged by/be City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City agrees 1o expedile the process for all bearings, reviews, inspeclions and <br /> contacts with City smffin order to ensure the timely comp/et/on of the construct/on <br /> process. <br /> <br /> 3. The City agrees to consider any other reasonable requests made by Global Rock in <br /> order lo assisl il in reconslructing, renovating and remodeling the Building. <br /> <br /> PART 7. EFFECT OF SALE, ASSIGNMENT OR LEASE OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />Section 7.01. Tbe Tax Abalement w/il be assignable 1o each new owner of the Property, or <br /> lO financing entilies in the evenl third party financing is sought, for the balance of the lerm of this <br /> Agreement. Transfers which result in a continuation of the business in the same general manner as <br /> operaled under Global Rock m'e consenled ~o and do not require fm~ber City Council approval; in <br /> this case, Global Rock or its successm' will give wriuen notice ~o the City within 10 days after the <br /> transaction, and Global Rock will be released of any further duties or obligations under this <br /> <br /> <br />
