The Council removed Items 15 <br />and 25, adoption of Resolutions, to be considered separately. Mr. Bose <br />moved for approval of minutes of the Regular Meeting held September 20, <br />2005, approval of minutes of the Special Meeting held September 27, 2005, <br />approval of one Ordinance on second reading, adoption of two Ordinances on <br />third and final reading, and adoption of the remaining ten Resolutions <br />(with amendments to Item 14) (Mr. Mihalkanin abstaining to Item 19, <br />adoption of a Resolution disclosure affidavit-business entity filed with <br />City Clerk), and Mr. Thomaides seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously.
