Appurtenant Structure means a structure that is located on the same parcel of property as the principal structure and the use of which is incidental to the use of the principal structure Area of Shallow Floodinz means a designated AO or AH Zone on the community's Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) with base flood average depths of one to three feet where a clearly defined channel does not exist, where the path of flooding is s unpredictable and where velocity flow may be evident. Certification of "as built" conditions is a statement that the structure(s) has been built according to the plans being certified, is in place and is fully functioning_ Critical Facility means a facility for which even a slight chance of flooding mijzht be too great. Critical Facilities include, but are not limited to schools nursing homes hospitals police, fire and emergency response installations installations which produce use or store hazardous materials or hazardous waste.
