The Engineer will prepare the final report <br />summarizing the findings of the Preliminary Design phase to include recommendations and the <br />final design parameters that will be necessary to begin the next phase of design. The report will <br />include the DSR and DCC information. <br /> <br />1.5 TASK 4 - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.5.1 Prepare final construction plans and technical specifications in accordance with City <br />design criteria and TxDOT design standards and department manuals. Note that intersecting <br />cross streets refers to FM 2439 (Hunter Road), Craddock Road and RM 12 only. The plans will <br />include the following plan sheets: <br /> <br />A. IDeht of Way Acquisition: <br /> <br />The Engineer will prepare ROW plats for the Craddock Road extension, from Bishop I <br />Road to its intersection with FM 3407 (Wonder World Drive) & FM 3407 from Hunter Road to <br />Railroad Overpass. ROW plats for Craddock Road and widening of FM 3407 will include the <br />following: <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />111. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />v. <br /> <br />Field survey from Wonder World Drive to Bishop, includes 2 ROW parcels and <br />from Hunter Road to railroad overpass, includes 6 ROW parcels (estimated). This <br />service does not include easement acquisition. <br />Tie in existing ROW lines and boundary corners of the properties from which <br />ROW is to be obtained. <br />Location of visible improvements within the proposed ROW. <br />Performance of a boundary analysis utilizing the deed study and data from the <br />field survey. <br />Preparation of ROW documents in accordance with TxDOT Right-of-way <br />Acquisition Survey Deliverable Standards and Specifications including: <br />(a). Development ofa base map (deed study) showing ownership ofthe <br />subject properties and record tract lines based upon current deeds. <br />(b) Approved ROW configuration and the provision of ROW parcel <br />calculations. <br />(c) Computation of boundaries of ROW parcels for each of the subject <br />parcels. <br />(d) Draft ROW plans to a scale of 1"=50' including closure computations. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />8 <br />
