<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2006-162 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, REAPPOINTING CHARLES P. ANDERSON AS THE LOCAL <br />HEALTH AUTHORITY; APPROVING A LETTER AGREEMENT <br />ENGAGING DR. ANDERSON IN THIS CAPACITY; AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. Charles P. Anderson, M.D. is reappointed as the Local Health Authority of the <br />City of San Marcos pursuant to Chapter 121 of the Texas Health and Safety Code. <br /> <br />PART 2. The attached letter agreement between the City and Dr. Charles P. Anderson <br />for services as the Local Health Authority is approved. <br /> <br />PART 3. The City Manager, Dan O'Leary, is authorized to execute this agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 4.
