Consultant shall under no circumstances <br />release any matenal or informatIOn developed in the performance of Its services hereunder WIthout the express written <br />penrussIOn of the CIty. <br /> <br />SECTION X <br />MODIFICATIONS <br /> <br />This instrument, includmg "Exhibit A", contains the entire Agreement between the parties relating to the rights herein <br />granted and the obligation herein assumed. Any oral or written representatIons or modifications concemmg this <br />mstrument shall be of no force and effect exceptmg a subsequent modification in writing signed by both parties <br />hereto <br /> <br />SECTION XI <br />AUTHORITY OF CITY BUILDING OFFICIAL <br /> <br />All work to be performed by the Consultant hereunder shall be performed to the satisfaction of the Buildmg OffiCIal. <br />The Buildmg OffiCIal shall deCIde any and all questions, which may arise as to the quality, or acceptability of the <br />work performed by the Consultant and the decisions of the Building Official m such cases shall be final and bmdmg <br />on both parties. However, nothing contamed herem shall be construed to authorize the Building Official to alter, vary <br />or amend thIS Agreement. <br />
