<br />provIsions which are otherwise lawful will remain in full force and effect, and to this end the <br />provisions of this Agreement are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />F. Applicable Law: This Agreement is governed by the law of the State of Texas. <br />Exclusive venue for any dispute arising under this Agreement is in Hays County, Texas. <br /> <br />G. Public Information Act: GBRA and the City each understands that they are governed <br />by the Texas Public Information Act (the "Act"), Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code. <br />This Agreement and all written information generated under this agreement may be subject to <br />release under the Act. <br /> <br />H. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving 30 days advance <br />written notice to the other party. Bindine: Effect. The terms and provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and <br />inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, legal <br />representatives and assigns. <br /> <br />J. Authoritv to Sie:n and Bind. Each of the individuals who is signing this Agreement <br />on behalf of a party hereby represents and warrants that said individual has the authority to enter <br />into this Agreement on behalf of said party, and the authority to bind said party to the terms and <br />provisions of this Agreement. <br /> <br />K. Multiple Counterparts. This Agreement can be executed in two (2) or more <br />counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, all of which together shall constitute <br />one and the same instrument. <br /> <br />L.
