M. CAPE IN A DEED <br />RECORDED IN VOLUME 108, PAGE 369 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HAYS <br />COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID 0.205 ACRE TRACT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY <br />DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br />POINT OF COMMENCING at a %a -inch iron rod with plastic cap stamped "Staudt <br />Surveying" found marking an angle point in the south margin of a road locally know as <br />Cape Road, and referred to as a 60' wide road in said Volume 108, Page 369, same being <br />an angle point in the north line of the said Cape remainder tract; <br />THENCE South 62 degrees 52 minutes 21 seconds East 109.15 feet, with a common line <br />of said Cape Road and said Cape remainder tract to a %-inch iron rod with plastic cap <br />stamped "Staudt Surveying" found marking an angle point in said common line for the <br />POINT OF BEGINNING hereof; <br />1.
