Bradley Rd. <br />Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53224 <br />Fax (414) 358 -8008 <br />ARTICLE 14 <br />BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br />14.1 The City will compensate the Contractor, in accordance with Article 4, Payments to the <br />Contractor, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: <br />14.2 The total of all fees and expenses to be paid to the Contractor for the Contractor's <br />performance of Basic Services is a fixed fee of $283,950.00. This fee is based upon the unit <br />costs established in Attachment C. Payment will be made to the Contractor in accordance with <br />the following schedule: <br />Percentage Benchmark <br />25% Purchase Order (all required paperwork and performance bond in <br />place). <br />32.5% Installation of /z of the poles and sirens. <br />32.5% Installation of second '/2 of the poles and sirens. <br />10% System Acceptance. <br />14.3 Compensation for the Contractor's Additional Services will be computed based upon the <br />Contractor's unit costs established as part of Attachment C. <br />Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has full power and <br />authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents.
