We will not tolerate or condone actions by any person <br />that constitute sexual harassment of an employee. <br />Sexual harassment is defined as sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and other verbal or physical conduct of a <br />sexual nature, when submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of an <br />individuals employment, when submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as the basis for <br />employment decisions affecting such individual when such conduct has the purpose of effect of unreasonably <br />interfering with an individual's work performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working <br />environment. <br />The above definition would include conduct such as deliberate, repeated, unsolicited verbal comments, sexual jokes or <br />ridicule, physical gestures of actions, such as touching of another individual and solicitation for sexual favors. <br />Complaints of sexual harassment should be brought to the immediate attention of the Management Team <br />4801 W.
