DATED JANUARY 4, 2002 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 1935, PAGE 804 OF THE HAYS COUNTY OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at a TXDOT brass diSK found in concrete for the most northerly west corner of the Gilmore Austex Properties J03.55 acre tract and this tract at the intersection of the southeast line of Interstate Higbway No. 35 and the flaring northeast line of McCarty Lane, and being an interior corner of that tract descrLbed as 2.05 acres in a deed fram Melvin Jochec, Independent Executor of tbe Estate of Lanell B.
