<br />I <br /> <br />Notice ofIntention to Approve the Creation of the <br />Hays Caldwell Public Utility Agency <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas <br />will meet at City Hall in San Marcos, Texas, at 6:00 o'clock P.M., San Marcos, Texas <br />time on September 5, 2006, and during that meeting, the City Council will consider <br />adopting a resolution and take other actions as may be deemed necessary to authorize and <br />approve the creation of the Hays Caldwell Public Utility Agency under Texas Local <br />Government Code Chapter 422, as amended. The other participating entities (City of <br />Lockhart, Texas, City of Kyle, Texas and Canyon Regional Water Authority will also <br />consider adopting resolutions approving the creation of the Hays Caldwell Public Utility <br />Agency. The Hays Caldwell Public Utility Agency will be created on the date that the <br />concurrent resolutions of the Participating Public Entities take effect. This notice is given <br />under the provisions of Texas Local Government Code Chapter 422, as amended, and <br />specifically Texas Local Government Code Section 422.054.
