The City will pay the balance of the TIRZ Fund as of June 1 st (the "Available Tax Increment <br />Funds") including accrued interest on that fund, but less any amounts expended for <br />management ofthe Zone (whether provided by the City or through contracted services), to <br />the Developer no later than June 30th. <br />
