A DESCRIPTION OF A 0.246 ACRE TRACT OF LAND BEING THE NORTHEAST ONE-HALF OF LOTS 4 AND 5 OF THE MILLV1EW ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN VOLUME 112, PAGES 59, DEED RECORDS OFHAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING THE SAM~ 0.252 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED TO HABITAT FOR THE HUMANITY, IN VOLUME 1775, PAGE 295, OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS; BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod found for the east corner of the said 0.252 acm tract, and the heroin described tract, said iron md being the common comer of Lots 5,6,21, and 22 of said MiIIview Addition and being the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE with the southeast line of the said 0.252 acre tract, the herein described tract, and Lot 5 of said MilIview Addition and the northwest line of said Lot 6 of said Millview Addition S 43'55'03" W, a distance of 71.07 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the south comer of the said 0.252 acre tract and the herein described tract; TItENCE leaving said Lot 6 and crossing said Lots 5 and 4 with the southwest line of the said 0.252 acre tract and the herein described tract N 44'55'000 W, a distance of 151.66 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the west corner of the said 0.252 acre tract and the herein described tract, said iron rod being in the southeast line of Mill Street and being also in the northwest line of the said Lot 4; TItENCE with the northwest line of said Lot 4 and the said 0.252 acre tract and the herein described tract and the southeast line of said Mill Street N 45°13'03'' E, a distance of 71.06 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the north comer of the said 0.252 acre tract and the herein described tract, said iron rod being the west comer of Lot 23 of the said Millview Addition; TItENCE leaving the said Mill Street with the southwest line of Lots 23 and 22 of said Millview Addition, and the northeast line of the said 0.252 acre tract and the herein described tract S 44'55~00" E, a distance of 150.05 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.246 acres of land.
