Soyars to Escarent Entities, LP. dated April 25, 2000 and recorded in Volume l659, Page 439 of the Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas for the common east corner of the Edwards 28.48 acre tract and this tract, and the south corner of Lot l, Prime Outlet 1; THENCE leaving Lot 1, Prime Outlet 1, with the common southeast line of the Edwards 28.48 acre tract and the northwest line of the Escarent Entities 495.180 acre tract, S 44053'16" W 1535.48 feet to a Ya" iron rod found in the common northeast line of Centerpoint Road for the south corner of the remaining portion of the Edwards 28.48 acre tract and this tract, and for the common west corner of the Escarent Entities 495.180 acre tract, the north corner of that tract described as 0.1043 acres in a deed from W.M. Soyars to the County of Hays dated December 16, 1997 and recorded in Volume 1366, Page 591 of the Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas and the east corner of that tract described as Tract 2 - 0.0467 acres in a deed from William V. Edwards, et ux to the County of Hays dated September 12, 1995 and recorded in Volume 1175, Page 150 of the Official public Records of Hays County, Texas (which is a portion of the original Edwards 28.48 acre tract); THENCE leaving the Escarent Entities 495.180 acre tract with the common northeast line of Centerpoint Road and the northeast line of the County of Hays 0.0467 acre tract with a left-breaking curve having the following characteristics: central angle = 10001'16", radius = 1040.00 feet, arc length = 181.90 feet and a chord which bears N 50005'40" W 181.67 feet to a Ya" iron rod found for the common north corner of the County of Hays 0.0467 acre tract and the southeast corner of that tract described as 0.3033 acres in a deed from Hays County, Texas to William F. Edwards and Sue Thompson Edwards dated April 1, 1996 and recorded in Volume 1456, Page 813 of the Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas; THENCE with the common northeast line of Centerpoint Road and the southwest line of the Edwards 0.3033 acre tract, the following three courses: 1. With a left-breaking curve, having the following characteristics: central angle = 09027'00", radius 1040.00 feet, arc length = 171.53 feet and a chord which bears N 59047'37" W 171.34 feet to a Ya" iron rod found, 2.
