Project Description (add additional pages as necessary) <br /> <br />Goal #1 & #14: Develop and manage a Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection and <br />diversion program. Provide permanent household hazardous waste collection facilities <br />throughout the region. <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos is seeking financial assistance to purchase an aerosol can system to <br />recover paint from aerosol cans and two utility carts for use at the HHW permanent facility. The <br />aerosol can system would help the City recover paint from aerosol cans and bulk the paint for <br />less disposal costs.
