. I (d) prior to closing, determine whether Edwards Aquifer groundwater rights acquisitions by Agent conform to the parameters of type, price and volume established by the Management Council; (e) non-conforming acquisitions may be cancelled or nullified by vote of a majority of the Management Council made prior to the closing; (f) allocate acquired Edwards Aquifer groundwater rights among RWRDG participants; (g) collect payments from the RWRDG participants for Edwards Aquifer groundwater rights transferred from the Administrator to the R WRDG participants, in the amount of the difference between the participant's deposit and the acquisition cost; (h) prepare quarterly and annual reports of RWRDG activities; (i) perform an annual budget reconciliation; (j) act as a fiduciary to the RWRDG participants and Agent; I (k) notify the Edwards Aquifer Authority of the transfer of any Edwards Aquifer groundwater rights through the RWRDG, to perfect the transfer of those rights with the Edwards Aquifer Authority, and to pay any transfer fees required by the Edwards Aquifer Authority; (1) maintain all information regarding the RWRDG and individual RWRDG participants as confidential unless authorized to make disclosure by the Management Councilor required by operation of law; (m) confer authority on Agent sufficient for Agent to make Edwards Aquifer groundwater rights acquisitions on behalf of Administrator for the ultimate benefit of the RWRDG participants; and (n) have such other and emergency powers as may from time to time be conferred by the Management Council; and (0) be an ex officio, non-voting member of the Management Council, unless otherwise represented on the Management Council by virtue of election as a representative of a R WRDG participant.
