<br />Minimum Construction Requirement ExD <br />Standard Form, Approved AVP-Law 06/15/2006 <br />" <br /> <br />BUILDING AMERICA~ m <br /> <br />EXHIBIT 0 <br /> <br />TO PUBLIC ROAD CROSSING DEVELOPERS OVERPASS AGREEMENT <br /> <br />MINIMUM CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />1.01 DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />This project includes construction work within the right-of-way and/or properties of the Union Pacific Railroad Company <br />("UPRR") and adjacent to its tracks, wire lines and other facilities.
