(13) MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Porterfield and a second by Council <br />Member Becak, the City Council voted five (5) for and none (0) opposed, two (2) absent, <br />Council Members Thomaides and Prather, to approve Resolution 2012 -88R, as previously <br />captioned. The motion carried. <br />(14) MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Prather and a second by Council <br />Member Thomason, MOTION TO AMEND: Upon a motion made by Council Member <br />Porterfield and a second by Council Member Thomaides, the City Council voted six (6) for and <br />one (1) opposed, Council Member Scott, to amend to direct the City Manager and City Attorney <br />to alter the contract to state that should The Square Peg fail to operate as a restaurant, as opposed <br />to a bar, the agreement will be null and void. The motion carried. MAIN MOTION: the City <br />Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve.
