159. ~-,a] Department STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF HAYS AMENDMENT NO-. 2 SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROG'RAM The 'City of San MarcosCICity")an'd Ha'bitat for Humanity-San Marcos Area (the uSubrecipient") agree to amend the Community Developme'nt Block Grant ('ICO-B.G") SubrecipientAgreement (the- UAgreement")da1ed October 16, 2000 asfollowi: Section 9.1 is amended to change the-time for completion .of theprojectfrom,January 31, 2003 until December 31, 2004. Article 11 is amended to read as folloWs: 1 t.1Subrecipien1 will furnish the City with financial balance sheets in lieu of a certified audit for its ac1ivities 'during the term of the Agreement. .These financial balance sheets will include, receipts and disbursements of any p_ayments mad'e: by the City to the Subrecipient·underthè t.erms of this Agreement. Subrecipient will provide' a written copy of the, financial balance sheets to the City within 120dàys from the date of:Agreement close out. 11.2 Subrecipient will require that the professional preparing the financial balance sheets cooperà1efully with the City relating 10 any inquiries by the City as to the provision o,t these financial bal'ance sheets. The parties agree that anöf the remaining terms and conditions oftheoriginaJ Agreement shall remain in effect and continue to govern for t~e duration of the Agreement. By the signing of this amendment, the parties, expre,ssly understand and agree that this amendment will become a part of the Agreement identified above.
