(4) Bonds under which the obligations of the City have been releed, discharged or <br />extinguished in accordance with the terms thereof. <br />"" means any security or obligation or combination thereof permitd <br />Permitted Investments <br />under the Public Funds Investments Act, Chapter 2256, Texas Government Code, as amended or <br />other applicable law. <br />"" means the Bonds on which no interest is paid prior to <br />Premium Compound Interest Bonds <br />maturity, maturing in various amounts and in the aggregate princ amount as set forth in the <br />Pricing Certificate. <br />"" means the Pricing Certificate of the City's Pricing Officer to be executed <br />Pricing Certificate <br />and delivered pursuant to Section 4 hereof in connection with thssuance of the Bonds. <br />"" means the City Manager, acting as the designated pricing officer of the City <br />Pricing Officer <br />to execute the Pricing Certificate.
