TxDOT CSJ Number <br />M714SMRCO. Please review the instructions in this transrnittalletter for completing the documents and return <br />the accepted agreements as soon as possible but not Later than December 15, 2006. A notice to proceed for <br />the work may not be issued until this grant is fuUy executed. If the scope of the grant includes removal <br />of a WWII era building, then the removal will need to be coordinated with the Texas Historical <br />Commission, and docwnentation provided to TxDOT Aviation Division before funding can be <br />provided for this portion of the grant. The new building and apron extension will both need to be <br />included in the submittal of the form 7460-1 "Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration" to Bill <br />Gunn at this address for review and transmittal to the FAA. Weare most pleased to provide any assistance <br />possible to help complete this project in a timely manner. <br /> <br />Enclosed are two copies of the Grant for Routine Airport Maintenance Program between the CIty of San <br />Marcos, as airport sponsor, and the Texas Department of Transportation. The grant agreement contains three <br />additional Certifications - Attachment A - Scope of Services, Certification of Airport Fund, Designation of <br />Sponsor's Authorized Representative. We request that you proceed as expeditiously as possible to execute the <br />Agreement and complete the Certifications. It will be necessary for your attorney to endorse your acceptance of <br />the Agreement to assure that it has been accepted m accordance with local laws. Both copies of the Agreement <br />and Certifications should have original signatures for acceptance. . <br /> <br />Please return both copies of the fully signed and witnessed documents to the Texas Deparbnent of <br />Transportation - Aviation Division, ] 25 E. 1] Ih Street, Austin, Texas 78701-2483. <br /> <br />It is our understanding that the City of San Marcos will procure the services required for the work as <br />described on Attachment A of the Agreement and will request reimbursement for 50% of the actual eligible costs <br />from the State.
