162. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2003 53 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO COLORADO <br />MATERIALS FORTHE PURCHASE OF ROAD BUILDING MATERIAL FOR <br />THE STREET DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br /> PART 1. The award of an annual contract to Colorado Materials located in San <br />Marcos, Texas for the purchase of road building material for the Street Department (IFB <br />23~019), in the estimated amount of $161,000.00 is approved. <br /> <br /> PART2.
