Hopkins, at 7;00, p.m. on Tuesday, November <br />21, 2006, to consider the following: <br />a) approving an amendment to the future land use <br />map from Low Density Residential to Medium <br />Density Residential for a 0.23 acre, .more or less, <br />tract of land located at 531 West Hopkins Street; <br />amending�the Official Zoning Map of the City by <br />rezoning this tract from "SF -4.5" Single Family Dis- <br />trict to "MF -12" Multiple - Family Residential District; <br />including procedural provisions; and prcviding for <br />penalties: <br />b) approving an amendment to the future land use <br />map from Medium Density Residential to Mixed <br />Use for a 1.339 acre, more or less, tract of land lo- <br />cated at 324 Linda Drive, amending the Official <br />Zoning Map of the City. by rezoning this tract from <br />"MH" Manufactured Home District to "MU" Mixed <br />Use District; including procedural p�ovisions; and <br />providing for penalties. <br />c) approving, an amendment to the future land use <br />map from Industrial to Commercial for a 3.1 acre, <br />more or less, tract of land located at 2030 IH -35 <br />South; amending the Official Zoning Map of the <br />City by rezoning this tract from "HI" Heavy Industri- <br />al District to "GC" General Commercial District; in- <br />cluding procedural provisions; and providing for <br />penalties. <br />tndividualswho require auxiliary aids and services <br />for this meeting should contact the City of San <br />Marcos ADA Coordinator at 393 -8244 (voice) or <br />393 -8229 (TDD). <br />Shelley Goodwin, Interim City Clerk <br />
