Legal Department <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos ("City") and the Mitchell Center (the "Subrecipient") agree to amend <br />the Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") Subrecipient Agreement (the <br />"Agreement") dated September 25, 2000 as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 9.1 is amended to increase the amount of time within which the Subrecipient will <br />complete the work from two years from the date of execution of the Agreement to two years <br />fi'om the date of the City's execution of this Amendment and to add the following to the end of <br />the text of Section 9.1: <br /> <br /> The Subrecipient shall submit a written report to the City on the progress of the <br />construction of the Expansion on the Site, no later than March 31, 2004. <br /> <br />2.
