Womack <br />Mark Taylor <br />Laurie Anderson <br />Collette Jamison <br />Ed Theriot <br /> <br />Also Present: Jan Clarke and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Mayor <br />Habingreither lead the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the <br />Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice <br />regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, <br />or a matter involving attorney-client privilege (Carson vs. City of San <br />Marcos); Section 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss the purchase of real <br />property (Davis Lane Project); and 551.086 (76th Leg., Ch. 1319)(Highway <br />123 South area). Mr. Mayhew moved the Council adjourn into Executive <br />Session at 5:38 p.m. and Ms. Narvaiz seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Taylor moved the Council reconvene at 7:38 p.m. and Mr. Mayhew <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:38 p.m. <br />seconded by Mr. Taylor. <br /> <br />on motion made by Mr. Mayhew and <br /> <br /> Robert Habingreither <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />* Martha Castex Tatum and Ed Mihalkanin were not present at this meeting. <br /> Jacob Montoya arrived at 6:50 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
